Ken's Health Success Story - Before and After
The information contained in this book and at my website have been, and continue to be, instrumental in obtaining my weight-loss and lifestyle goals (recently, the Atlanta Journal did a write-up about it).
These are my before and after test results from my physical. My weight-loss and lifestyle changes resulted in very significant positive changes. As important as the test results, I have changed my eating habits, enjoy real food more, and physically and psychologically feel much better. Note: The following changes took place over a 10-week time period. The results dated 12/31/2009 and 04/02/2014 are additional tests that I took. Based on my research and lifestyle changes, I believed those numbers would change dramatically. They did! |
